About the role
The Knights are four-time ABL champions with a growing audience and a compelling story to tell. This role is responsible for telling it — across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube.
You will work closely with the club's operations team to capture matchday content, document community activations, and build a consistent digital identity that reflects the institutional ambition of the club.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day posting across all club social media channels
- Attend home games to capture photo and video content
- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Write captions and copy that reflect the club's voice — institutional, confident, community-rooted
- Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms
- Coordinate with the video editor for longer-form content and highlights
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience managing social channels for a brand, club, or organisation
- Strong photography skills — both on-court action and lifestyle/documentary style
- Native-level short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok)
- Understanding of analytics and content performance optimisation
- Available to attend home games (typically weekends)
Nice to have
- Experience in sports content specifically
- Existing audience or platform presence in the Ghanaian sports or entertainment space
- Basic video editing skills for quick turnaround match clips
