About the role

Spintex Knights is building its commercial infrastructure to match its on-court performance. This role is responsible for generating and managing the commercial relationships that fund and enable that ambition.

You will work across partner acquisition, sponsor management, and the Spintex Proud platform — finding, converting, and retaining the commercial relationships that grow the club.

What you'll do

  • Identify and pitch prospective sponsors and commercial partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
  • Work with the Spintex Proud team to identify and activate local business partnerships
  • Represent the club at business and networking events in Accra and beyond
  • Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years in a sales, partnerships, or business development role
  • Track record of closing commercial agreements
  • Professional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Existing business network in Accra is a strong advantage
  • Self-managed, target-driven, and comfortable with long sales cycles

Nice to have

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or media sponsorship specifically
  • Understanding of brand partnership structures and activation rights
  • Connections within the Ghanaian corporate or SME landscape
