About the role

Every match, activation, training session, and community event at Spintex Knights requires someone to make sure it actually happens — logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, kit management, and the hundred small things that keep a club running.

This role is that person. It is not glamorous. It is essential.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate match-day logistics including transport, kit, and venue setup
  • Manage equipment inventory and kit distribution across senior and NextGen programmes
  • Schedule facilities and communicate bookings to all stakeholders
  • Support event logistics for community activations and Spintex Proud events
  • Maintain operational records, supplier relationships, and vendor contacts
  • Act as the first point of contact for practical operational issues on match days

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, or event coordination
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and physically available on match days (typically weekends)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sports club or entertainment environment
  • Familiarity with the Accra sports venue landscape
  • Basic digital skills (scheduling tools, inventory tracking)
