About the role
Every match, activation, training session, and community event at Spintex Knights requires someone to make sure it actually happens — logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, kit management, and the hundred small things that keep a club running.
This role is that person. It is not glamorous. It is essential.
What you'll do
- Coordinate match-day logistics including transport, kit, and venue setup
- Manage equipment inventory and kit distribution across senior and NextGen programmes
- Schedule facilities and communicate bookings to all stakeholders
- Support event logistics for community activations and Spintex Proud events
- Maintain operational records, supplier relationships, and vendor contacts
- Act as the first point of contact for practical operational issues on match days
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or event coordination
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and physically available on match days (typically weekends)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a sports club or entertainment environment
- Familiarity with the Accra sports venue landscape
- Basic digital skills (scheduling tools, inventory tracking)
